Students' Corner

The student diploma film Street folks received Certificate of Excellence at the 2nd Mumbai Shorts Internations Film Festival-13.

The students from the earlier batches have made us proud. They are all working in excellent positions and/or assignments and many have been rewarded for their achievements too. Some of their portfolio is presented below:
Development Communication Students from the earlier two academic batches have been placed in international agencies, renowned NGOs and government departments.
Direction The Direction students of the previous batches who have successfully completed their course are working in various capacities in cinema and television industry in Kolkata, Mumbai and Delhi as confident and smart professionals as well as independent filmmakers
Motion Picture Photography While some students are employed in news channels like Star Anand, some are presently working independently in the Mumbai and Kolkata Film Industry. Some are also engaged in different productions of Roopkala Kendro.
Editing At present, many students trained by us in editing are working successfully in different television channels and production houses in Kolkata, Delhi and Mumbai. Some have already made a mark as impressive editors in documentaries and features. Animation Creation and Direction The students from the previous batches are well-placed in prestigious organisations and government Institute and some have undertaken significant freelancing assignments.
