The Animation Creation and Direction Department is currently working on a project commissioned by the Department of Consumers Affairs for making twenty-one television spots on issues like rights of consumers, redressal of consumers' complaints, Awareness on Handloom Marks, Silk Mark, Agmark, process pf purchasing with receipts, Medical Services, Electricity, Credit Card Telephone, Insurance etc. A common mascot will be used across all the spots.
A student Exchange Programme with the IULM in Milan has just been concluded. One student from each discipline was selected based on merit and went to Milan to work on an audiovisual project. The team has mad e a film "Five Days in Milan."
